Say hello to Taste Portugal – the initiative from AHRESP (the Portuguese hospitality & catering association) that’s putting the gastronomy of Portugal on a global stage.
Portugal’s foodie culture is at the heart of its identity – its traditions, culture, and geography. We’re very excited to bring a taste of that rich culture to the attention of chefs, restaurateurs, and consumers here in the UK, expanding the influence of Portuguese gastronomy on an international scale.
A spokesperson for Taste Portugal said: “For Taste Portugal, it’s very important to put Portugal’s gastronomy under the spotlight, as it’s key to driving exports, attracting tourism, and supporting those ambassadors of Portuguese cuisine doing business far from home. And William Murray is the right agency to help the project do that in the UK.”
The campaign is launching in the UK with an exclusive press event on 15 November 2017 at Taberna Do Mercado. Taste Portugal will also be exhibiting at Taste of London 2017 at Tobacco Dock, East London, 16-19 November.
